Handmade gifts here! I love to sew and crochet. One year, I made purses for all my aunts and cousins on one side of the family out of old curtains and scraps that I had laying around my apartment!

I try to do experience gifts. Where the majority of the gift is the time spent together. Whether it be a wine and paint or a pottery painting, a city scavenger hunt or a game night where I buy a new game and provide the food. This has been so much fun to do for my family the past few years as it isn't one more thing. (My sister and I end up splitting the cost to help with the budgeting and allowing some bigger activities).

Honestly, I love the gift of time. I have made "gift certificates" for nights of babysitting for my friends to encourage them to have a date night with their husbands/wives, or even just go out and do something for themselves. They love it because FREE BABYSITTING (!!!!) and I love getting to spend some extra time with their kiddos!

This year I discovered this site called Survey Junkie that let's you do surveys and you earn points and when you get up to 500 you can cash out for a $5 gift card to Amazon. I have done so many survey's that I earned $150 and was able to get presents from Amazon for my family. Without that I wouldn't have been able to do it because despite working two jobs I am struggling fiancially.

I love to make gifts, especially chocolate chip cookies... I go to the dollar store for nice simple holiday tins and then I decorate them nicely with ribbon and a card. I can make about ten tins with one batch of cookies!
