It's okay to be afraid. We can do it afraid.

How do you handle worries?

I'm the type of person who easily get worried over something. Can't stop thinking about what ifs or worst case scenario. Sometimes I get nervous for thinking so much, I search for tips but just can't help it.

Aromatherapy helps because it enhances the senses and it holds soothing calming properties, which can help with your mood and when your mood is in a better state then you can give yourself therapy in knowing that worrying about things only make them bigger, seem worse, occupies your free time of being good to yourself, can cause tension headaches, can even isolate you from all the amazingly wonderful things life offers. worrying is like buying a gold fish and forgetting to buy its food. it will be ok in the water but how is it suppose to stay alive and healthy. worrying is something natural but don't let it consume you.

I really believe it's based on your own judgement that can determine what works best because what works for me might not work for you, but the most commonly liked I can state has been lavender scent, citrus, lemongrass. Now in my days where tension headaches are present I noticed eucalyptus, peppermint, menthol, and any invigorating scents although stronger than the previous mentioned give me a soothing calm feeling that is easing to my senses. A general advise on aromatherapy is that you can take artificial flowers( made with the material of cloth) and spray it with your favorite perfume,/body spray/cologne/fragrance and set it up in the area where you would be for few minutes and watch things happen with the change of your mood, the time, and your view of things. Let me know how it goes as you start encountering the wonderful world of aromatherapy. peaches and cream wonderful dreams ;-)

I use the write it down and sort it out method. So that way I can analyze of its a warranted concern, how soon can I deal w it, and are others affecting this worrying. If others are the cause or mixed in can I work with them or can I deal with this on my own. Then i switch to how to positively approach the group or individual. It has saved my face many times and my temper!
