Does anyone have any recommendations for a book or checklist of true must-have things for when baby comes? There are so many cute and new products for me to consider but I really want to keep it to the bare minimum and not sure what are frills and what are "must haves", e.g. how many pump accessories do you really need? I feel like a hands-free bra is a must but do people buy more than one?

I am wondering if it is normal to have panicked thoughts regularly at a costumer service job. I find I get anxious every time a costumer comes up. I also a am finding myself wanting costumers to go away on a the regular basis. I have been in this job for a year and these sort of thought have continued the whole time. I also sometimes feel more irritable and less myself when I am at work compared to when I am at home. I know some people say its just what the job is, but I find I disliking people more and more, when I used to be so caring.
I would like to know if this is normal, does everyone feel like this in this sort of job.

I want out…
Today finding out that my boss thinks I’m the problem in the office is mentally affecting my work. I need to leave this company. It is a toxic work environment but when I addressed the way a new office coworker spoke to me who is at the same level as I and corrected it I was told by my boss “We’re not doing this again” faulting me for the problem when this man spoke so poorly to me. I just can’t leave because I need insurance for my babies, I can’t find another good paying job either. What do I do

Help...I have a very touchy situation and I don't know what to do.
I have an employee...who is good at her job, we really like her personality and so do our patients. She's really everything we would want in an employee. However, She very unhappy in her marriage. To her credit..she tries not to "bring it" to work. But her husband keeps her upset, has her on a super short leash...like so short she has to leave work at 5 pm on the dot..even if she has not finished her work.
Again..to her credit...she tries to shield all of us from what goes on in her personal life. Here's the real problem. Her husband has started verbally abusing our other employees; cussing one out in particular saying this lady was helping his wife cheat on him.....of course that is not true. The other lady took her out to lunch for her birthday on their one hour lunch break. Did I mention he has her on Life360 tracker? We can't ask her to run any errands for the office...like go to the bank or get office supplies because he keeps her tracked and loses his mind if she veers away from the office. We've all sympathetically stood back and remained supportive to her and been mindful of her dignity. BUT now this man is abusing our other employees. He's now crossed into our business. We are not sure what to do. We are certain if we say anything to her and she tells him he will damage her physically, or our property. Plus we don't want to make things worse for her at home. I'm finding out today he blows up her phone at work..and if she doesn't answer it right away he starts blowing up the office phone...when whoever answer says "she's with a patient"..he replies "yeah sure she is..."

I have a master's degree in healthcare administration with 6 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
I am having a difficult time returning to the workforce after taking a year on a sabbatical. What will be the BEST certification to get that will make me more marketable? I want to focus on business/strategy more than managing people. Thanks in advance.
