Tired at work

I feel so tired by the end of the work day (around 4pm) but by then, I dont want to drink coffee. Does anyone have any other ways I can wake myself up??

Get up and skip rope and drink a cold glass of water with a hint of lemon spritz in it and ginger.

Water, water and more water all day long! The oxygen in water is. What your body needs.

Water doesn't wake me up though! Probably because I don't drink enough.

I take Kratom, and it works wonders. It gives me energy, helps to reduce pain and fatigue, and gives a super mood boost if you're feeling a little down. I'm a single father of three teens, and Kratom has been a wonder for me.

This may sound counterproductive, but taking a nap works wonders for me. I tend to stay up late and then get up at 6 am for work, so by the end of my workday (4 pm, like you) I'm beat. If you have the luxury of / ability to take a 30 - 45 minute nap when you get home, give it a shot -- I wake up from mine refreshed and feeling like a human being again.

you could also try decaf coffee... it does have a bit of caffeine but much less than regular coffee. and maybe a bit of a placebo effect :)

Mouthwash... I know it sounds weird but I use Listerine around this time of day to give me the extra boost of energy I need.

I don’t know what kind of work you do but have you considered scheduling something that involves other people at your lowest energy point during the day? I find by deciding to manage my energy by setting up things like meetings I tend to be able to get thru the dips more easily.

Take a walk! If you can't escape outside, find a stairwell and make yourself go up and down several flights of stairs. Getting the blood moving can provide a great pick-me-up. Also, you could try alternate nose breathing (nadi shodhana) to perk you up too.
