Hello All- I'm the owner of a marketing agency in Orlando and just had one of my key team members leave for a bigger more corporate environment. She was a rock star and was with me for a little over a year as the account manager. She's the liaison between clients and our staff, making sure everything goes out in high-quality and making sure that it's done on time.
This is a key role because when someone is introduced the clients get acclimated to them and used to them, so when she left it "shook up" things.
I'm talking to an employment attorney to see about implementing an agreement for two years. The new hire would have raises built in for hitting milestones and would receive paid time off at 6-months instead of the regular year mark.
I'm curious to see what your opinions are and if you'd be open to signing a 2 year agreement with more benefits for the position.
