I am embarrassed that I am even writing this but here goes.
I applied to Blackberry over the last year, made contact with the recruiter who snubbed me. I was curious (don't judge) to see who they hired it was a guy who had 5 roles and the average tenure was a year. I have had 3 roles averaging 3 years. I have noticed this seems to be a trend on LinkedIn with my male peers. I am always having to defend my short stints...yet most men are hopping every year. One guy I met, had 7 jobs each a year and his last role was 6 months and they seem to just climb the ladder. I know I sound like a bitter Betty but its not cool..thoughts?
