Feeling the need to remind people to take care of themselves
Life can be chaotic and lately I feel like everyone around me, including myself, needs to step back and take in more moments for themselves. All too often, I eat at my desk, skip a meal and essentially feel like I’m running on fumes. I started scheduling two 20-30 minute holds in my calendar everyday and I swear, it’s made a significant change for me. I’ll get up, walk outside, take a personal call, listen to a podcast, or catch-up a little on a book.
