What's your go-to thing when you get really bored?

What’s your go-to thing to do when you get really bored? I don’t get bored often get bored but when I do, I always turn on Netflix. I need another go-to thing to do that doesn’t involve looking at a screen. Any advice?

You can make a list of those little things you wanted to try or start "when you find the time" and use it as your boredom bucket list. For example, I had "do 10 perfect pushups" and "watercolor one postcard" on mine, and I would spend 20-30 minutes when I was bored and on social media to cross one of those out.

I try to take up a new hobby, or an old hobby I used to love that I haven't had time for in recent years. As a kid I loved art, but was never destined to be an artist. I recently bought a cheap watercolor kit and try to paint if I'm really bored. It's a great stress reliever and lets me tap into my creative side!

But that requires looking at a screen.
