Suggestions on how to ramp up at a new job?

I recently started a new role and wanted to know if anyone had tips on what to do during my first few months in the role as I get acclimated. I've set up 30, 60, 90 day reviews and am doing coffee chats with people on my team. Anything else I should be thinking about besides my day to day work?

The 30/60/90 day reviews are great. I'd highly recommend them and it's great to see that you are the one driving them. Also, be sure to add in a bullet or two during each review about the knowledge you are gaining of the industry and competitors. It's very important to focus on the priorities of your specific role and ensure your manager is on the same page, but showing your awareness of the bigger picture will frame your ongoing success and make the first impressions of your potential career path stick in your manager's head. Good Luck!

I’m interviewing for a new job now, and I picked up a copy of The First 90 Days by Michael Watkins. It’s frequently called the Bible of job transitioning and leadership. I’ve been reading through it and this info is GOLD. It’s a tough read - very dense - but I can already see where it’s going to get me productive out of the gate.
