Ok Fairygoadboss family this is something that has been frustrating me recently. There is a new trend emerging of "pawternity" where employees can take paid leave to ensure their animals are well adjusted to their homes. Which as a pet owner I can certainly appreciate.
Yet, so few companies are offering fertility benefits to their employees. Which is an actual medical condition- a disease in some cases.
So, where do we as women employees and employers draw the line in the sand?
