Career Change advice

I been working at my for about 6 years now when first started I love you everything about it. The last past years things are the same when I go to work now I get this funny feeling at I am out of place now. I been praying but the feeling haven't left. Do I need to stay or just step out on faith and just let it go altogether?

It sounds like your gut is telling you it’s time to move on. I’d start exploring your options and go from there! Best of luck!

It might be you are ready for the next level. I am assuming you enjoy the workplace itself, if so have you talked to your current employer about needing something new that is more of a challenge? That is how I moved to a more strategic roll. You might also talk to others in your career field to see what other types of work there is in the field. It may not be the career field itself, it may be you have outgrown the job. I would encourage you to find a mentor that might be able to help you figure out what your next step should be. If your organization has a mentor program, seek that out. If not, ask someone who is not in your supervisory chain if they would be willing to be your mentor or ask your supervisor for a recommendation. If it is the career field itself, before you move on just to move on, do some serious career exploration that includes some informational interviews. If you like your organization, consider asking for a job rotation to a different career field.

My supervisor written me up two last year for pettiness she came back a week or 2 week for to slick apologize to me. The write ups don't fall off until this summer. I went back to school after that happen now I have to pay for school now because I can't get a Pell grant which I went to school last semester. I can't move out to another until the write up falls off. So I am stuck basically. Advice please?
