Going to dc the end of March to see Sting in a play. Haven’t booked my plane tickets yet.... but will decide this week. Still going back and forth...

If I were traveling in the immediate future, (next few weeks) I would consider changing my plans, especially if I were flying or cruising. If it's anything like the flu, as soon as it starts to warm up, the number of cases will go down. (Here's to hoping that's the case.) I have heard of people cancelling trips 6 months out; I think that is unnecessary at this time, but if I hadn't planned a trip yet, I wouldn't be rushing to plan something until we know more.

I have a trip to Mexico in May. I haven’t postponed or cancelled yet.

Totally agree with cancellation of plans that involve close quarters with lots of people. Alaska can wait - CA will still be there, among many other places and activities. Not to transfer fears and anxieties but the reality is that we’re facing an unknown that is seemingly spread through contact. Let’s be safe and follow the guidelines meted out by the professionals.

I am delaying my birthday celebration in CA in May. I'll have to just work on creating a spa weekend at home!
