Good question! It varies, depending on the day of the week and where I am in my menstrual cycle (or how well I slept). I try to pay attention to my body. If I'm having trouble focusing, or I feel restless, or I feel sleepy, I try to respect that instead of cudgeling my brains to finish #AllTheThings before I allow myself to rest. It's a lousy way to treat yourself, you know? And I want to be a good steward of myself!

Yeah..but I think it's better to pick the water bottle rather than wait for lips to go dry. Isn't it?

The good part about working from home with a needy pup is that I'm getting up to walk around for 5-10 minutes at least 3 times a day! It's definitely helpful.

I need to get better with taking breaks. I force myself to at least take a walk around the block everyday but it's so easy to not take breaks.

Yes! I take at least 3 breaks a day. I've noticed if I just get up, stretch, quick chit chat it really helps me with my creative side! When I'm too locked in on something for way too long I miss greater details.
