My baby is getting sick so often in daycare that I'm beginning to think I'll have to get a nanny...

Even if my DD has a few sniffles they won't let me drop her off. My boss has been understanding so far but not sure how much longer this can go on. Anyone else switch to a nanny because of this? Should I just wait it out to see if these non-stop colds stop?

Check out another daycare. Some have less-stringent sick policies; generally smaller outfits. Your state (presuming you're in the US) should have a licensing mechanism for in-home daycares- that can be a good place to start looking.
