People seem to think that I am just being picky or just making things up when I have complained about scented things (glade sprays, plug ins, etc) at work. I have tried to state several times that this causes me to have severe headaches. One of the rooms I have to work in has 2! Glade spray things in it. I have asked that they not be used, I get ignored. So, I have tried to hide them, turn them off, took the batteries out, etc. only to have one of the office managers put post it notes on them saying not to mess with per the director. Is there Any OSHA or ADA regulation that I can go to HR about this with. I’m tired of being nice and putting up with this.
