Morning Motivation - Moving Your Body!

You don’t have to love running (or even cardio!) to move your body efficiently. Whether you’re using your body weight for an at-home workout, taking a quick stroll around the block, or even trying an active stretch break, get your body moving today. Focus on what feels good to you! It’ll not only keep you healthy, but also focused and motivated on your daily tasks. I’m trying some yoga videos - how are you moving today?

I am teaching barre, cardio, & meditation classes virtually, and am lucky enough to have access to my coworkers classes. As well. Yesterday I tried Mat Pilates & this morning it was yoga. Having virtual access & more time to try new classes has been wonderful. I agree it does help set your day up for productivity & motivates in building such a health habit :)

Love this. I am doing TRX, empty tennis court circuit workouts, yoga, 7-Minnute workout app, The Fitness Marshall and JUMP ROPE!!

I have a circuit training app - Sworkit - that I absolutely adore!

I go for a walk in my neighborhood for about 45 minutes to one hour. It relieves stress for me as well as getting fresh air. I go in the morning while little to no one is walking too.
