Favorite healthy-ish work snacks??

Anyone have any good satisfying work snacks that help get you through the mid-afternoon slump? Looking for some ideas that won't leave me feeling like I just binged on junk food.

Either some type of Skyr (like Greek Yogurt but normally less sugar) with frozen berries or I'm totally obsessed with Trader Joe's coconut Greek yogurt with a tiny bit of their dried coconut chips for crunch- tastes decadent but is really not that bad. Just don't eat the whole bag of coconut chips then it is pretty bad. lol

My go-to is almonds and a square of dark chocolate, but a recent addition to my snack arsenal is rice cakes. They're light, relatively healthy, and crunchy - satisfying on several counts without making me feel gross!

Frozen seedless grapes are small, sweet, juicy and highly satisfying! Either green or purple - personal choice.

I have a nut allergy so I eat roasted & lightly salted pepitas (pumpkin seeds) and soy beans. There are different flavors of roasted soy beans and some brands don't have any added sugar! I also love triscuits as a treat without any added sugar (most flavors). Lightly salted and cracked pepper are my favorites, sometimes with tomatoes and cheese or chicken and salsa stacked on them.

Baby carrots & mini-pack of hummus or guac and a sparkling water, or a handful of almonds and sparkling water. Both of these are desk-snack regulars for me, and help me get over the afternoon slump in a healthy way that doesn't make me feel deprived either.

I worked with a nutritionist for a while and she suggested two of my favorites: Siggi’s yogurt with nuts or Purely Elizabeth granola (way lower sugar than most brands!) Freeze dried fruit, popcorn, and a handful of nuts.

I'm a fan of almonds, which we keep stocked in our office kitchen, and baby carrots. Both are good crunchy food which keep me satisfied and away from junk food

Is anyone else obsessed with RXBars? Peanut Butter, Mint Chocolate, Peanut Butter Chocolate, Mixed Berry & Chocolate Sea Salt are my favorites. (I know, I can't narrow it down).

OMG I love this. But I like to eat them for breakfast. It's like breakfast for dessert but better.

OMG I love this. But I eat these in the morning. It's like dessert for breakfast and kind of good for you... I think.

used to eat a giant cookie everyday.. but my metabolism can’t take it anymore (esp since i’m sitting all day). nowadays, i’m enjoying a little bit of walk outside to get a juice or a smoothie in the afternoon.
