Work-life balance questions - Does anyone else here resent being asked about work-life balance?
The context is that I'm a leader and one of the few women leaders in my company. I'm always being sent to panels and talking about this topic and I feel like my male colleagues never get this question. Any thoughts on how to address this? I feel like its perpetuating gender stereotypes but on the other hand, I get that the reason people ask this is they want to really know.
