Found a good treat replacement that's delicious!

I've been trying to cut down on sugar consumption, and created something delicious the other night when I was about to run out and buy some crap from the corner store. Plain kefir (or yogurt, I used goat kefir), unsweetened dried coconut flakes, raw cacao powder, pecans or almonds, and a 1/2 teaspoon of jam (I used strawberry). It's SO good (tastes like tart, melted froyo). I'm eating it right now for breakfast (I added unsweetened muesli to it).

Yum! My go to snack or lunch is fat free Chobani yogurt with a tablespoon of Nutella stirred in and topped with sliced almonds!

Love your restraint with 1T of Nutella - I can't have it within 10 feet of my kitchen! :)

Freeze bananas, cut half of it into slices, spread a little almond butter on it - YUM!

Sounds good! I love to use frozen bananas as a base and blend them with unsweetened chocolate, nuts, granola, whatever, the sky is the limit. The natural sweetness in the bananas serves to sweeten anything added to it. The more ripe the bananas, the sweeter :)

That's awesome! I am a huge fan of coconut flakes and it looks like you got a good combination of protein, fat, and carbs all in that meal which is great! My mouth is watering over here so I am going to need to try this this weekend!
