Portion size.. It's all about portion size. If you like chocolate why give it up? Dark chocolate is especially good for you.

Chocolate has magnesium, which women often have a deficit of--so magnesium supplements. But, it's also a massively pleasing thing to eat, and definitely can become a habit, so there's the habit breaking part of it too. I used to crave chocolate constantly until I got pregnant, and then I didn't want it at all! But I wouldn't recommend something as drastic as pregnancy :-P

I heard fennel oil helps the cravings, but I haven't had a chance to research it.

I'm with you! Cold turkey seems to be the only thing that works for me.

Sounds like we share the same addiction. Rather than trying to tame it, I just opt for healthy chocolate snacks when I'm having a craving (and dark chocolate!)

Hmm, the only way I could make the cravings stop was to fully stop eating sugar for awhile and really beef up my protein/fat intake!

Salt.... Ok I'm teasing. I can't have salt and not have chocolate or vice versa. What kind of chocolate? I'm a dark chocolaholic!

Any and all chocolate! But dark chocolate is probably also my preference
