Best Sunday habits/routine for a more productive week?

Does anyone have any super secret ninja tips for getting it together on Sundays so you can have a smoother, more productive week? Especially interested in tips from other work at home moms.

The only tip I can provide is to go to bed nice and early. As an adult I have learned that sleep is precious and I need a full nights rest to wake up tolerable. Nice and early go to sleep, 9-10:30 the latest.

I try not to spend the night busy (cleaning, cooking, organizing, stressing out about the house) and instead focus on eeking the last few gasps of rest out of the weekend as I can.

+1 on the food prep! Also, we look at the week’s schedule to see who is taking kids to their various commitments, balanced against the grown-ups commitments. If you can, just set aside an hour for the food, and 15 minutes for the scheduling. That leaves you most of the day to hang with the family

I try to just relax. I know that's counterintuitive, but going into the week without stress and anxiety really helps me to have a clear mindset, especially when prioritizing my to-do list.

Food prepping on Sundays definitely helps me throughout the week! I love not having to cook after a long day of work. Plus, it helps me not spend as much by ordering in food!

Same! Meal prep and put all my meals for the week into pyrex bowls in the fridge/freezer.

Meal prepping is great! My weekends have been so busy lately, that I haven't been able to do it, but I definitely would love to meal prep more.

That's a great tip, I should really do that. Every day when it's time to make dinner I'm always scrambling trying to decide what to make.
