Are there any sous chefs or chefs out there?? I just recently accepted a new position to become a sous chef! I am so excited!! Ive been working this new position for about 2 weeks now. I love it! I have a lot of experience to bring to the table, however i struggle with the ever changing "events" that goes on in a kitchen everyday. How can i embrace this post of the job and not go in panic mode thinking i might be just running amok trying to get food prepped or calm small disputes bwtn employees.? I realize i am new, but maybe the are suggestions that might help?
