Long, Detailed Interview Process with Positive Outcome?
I've been out of the interview game for a while and have recently gotten back into it. I'm currently interviewing for a mid/associate level position that has thus far included short essay questions included as part of the resume submission process, one call, two in-person interviews with a total of three people and a personality assessment test (yet to be taken). This has all spanned a little over a month's time. Is the company just being thorough? Or does this raise red flags? I found one other discussion here on interview process/length but it seemed to be filled with accounts of long processes where people "dodged a bullet" and did not end up there or they did and it ended poorly. Any positive experiences?
