2019 career moves

A lot of my friends got together recently to talk about their new year plans for new jobs and how they wanted to change industries. Me? I feel pretty happy with my job but I'm also only a few years out of school and have been in the same role and company since I graduated (I did on-campus recruiting and got a job I really wanted). It seems like everyone else is job-hopping so it made me wonder if I'm missing out on something. Did anyone else here stay with a job they got right out of college and see that as the right thing to do in the long run?
