FGB’ers: What is something simple you incorporated into your life that improved yourself/life?

This could be anything! The latest thing I incorporated into my life was changing my sleep pillow. Huge difference... I sleep so much better and I’m way more energized in the morning because of it.

I have started doing a weekly reflection. It sounds hokey and hippie, but it has been HUGE at helping me manage work-related stress and slow down a little. I work at a Catholic University so they recommend the Examen. It is technically a reflective prayer but I just do it as a reflection. I arranged my closet by color and like garment, also moved black blouses to the top rack so I can see them and stop buying them. So all dresses r together in a gradient pattern Even trousers r folded and arranged by shade

I have started taking care of myself, I work out daily with my husband, it's really great to do it with him then do it alone. And it's totally home workout. I have started living healthy for myself and my loved ones.

I try not to procrastinate. If I see something that needs to be done I do it immediately. This just makes life easier and you are less likely to have things pill up.

1. Felt much better when I increased my exercise from 2x to 4x/week. 2. Drinking more water seems to help my digestion.
