Is anyone else WAY more paranoid while working from home?
I think remote work has made me more anxious than ever about everything at work, from my progress to what my coworkers actually think of me. I'm even worried about what everyone thinks of my Zoom background and whether they're secretly judging my workspace.
Are these irrational fears? Am I alone in this?? Without being in the same space as my team it's hard to tell what's part of the logistics of WFH and what's actually going on at work. Are my coworkers avoiding me — or are they heads down in their projects or helping their kids in remote school?
I feel like there's no way to know and I'm going crazy trying to figure out what's what. Can anyone relate? How are you dealing with this??
