DEI will never totally be gone. The progressive and forward thinking companies will do it on their own because it’s the right thing to do. The pendulum will swing until we find a middle ground. Remember, half of the country believes in the idea of DEI, they may not want it mandated.

I hear you, it can definitely feel overwhelming navigating the tech industry as a woman, especially in these times. But there are so many strong women paving the way!
Here are a few thoughts to keep you motivated:
→ Find your allies! Organizations like AnitaB.org are incredible resources for women in tech. They offer support, networking opportunities, and advocacy.
→ Network and connect with other women (and allies) in tech. Share your experiences, support each other, and build a strong community.
→ Don't be afraid to speak your mind! Your voice matters. Keep advocating for yourself and others.
→ Remember, you are capable and deserving. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
It might feel tough right now, but there are so many amazing women in tech and other industries making a difference. Keep your head up, keep pushing forward, and know that you're not alone.
