I'm suffering from MAJOR WFH burnout. Can I cope without quitting?
I've been working remotely since March and with layoffs and extra financial pressure on the company, my responsibilities have doubled. I'm so lucky that I love what I do, but I think that's made me avoid facing my burnout.
I'm working all of the time and feel like I'm stuck at my desk or on the phone. I'm chasing inbox zero and never getting there. I already used up my vacation this year. It's affecting my mental health and personal relationships, even as much as I don't want to admit it.
I don't want to quit as I do love the work and I'm financially stable. But I'm really worn down and it doesn't seem like there will be anyone hired to help take the burden off anytime soon. Would love to hear any burnout tips or advice.
