After bullying and unnecessary conflict, I resigned from a position and had to give almost 3.5 weeks notice.

Great reminder! Being a leader and embracing taking time off is observed by others and gives them an example to follow! One of the changes for us after these last few years of the pandemic is time off isnt "requested" anymore on our team. You need time off, then take it, even if its 8pm and you need tomorrow off! We got it and can cover for whatever you need!
