I've met with coaches, professionals and recruiters. I've had my resume professionally revised and formatted. I've worked on my portpholio and networking. I've expanded on job platforms.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong, either. I'm offering free services at this point and asking for referrals.

Apply for positions you're qualified for, if you're a recent college graduate, enlist the career services department's help, network as much as possible, and if asked about the employment gap, just be truthful; there was an emergency, but now the issue is resolved and you can fully commit to a responsible position.
