I was furloughed due to Covid19, and they started bringing back a few peers but at a 20% pay cut. If they refuse to come back, they are considered terminated. But, when my company opens back up, and they offer us all our jobs back with a 20% pay cut, is this legal? I don't want to leave my job, but I also don't want my salary to be at what I received 10 years ago. Any thoughts?
