I have lost my job in Oct 2022 due to huge layoff all over globe.
Then after I went on maternity break. Now I am not able to get opportunity. I have 7+ years of experience in HR Operations . I have worked with bigger Organisation like Capgemini, Vois, Credit Suisse. Can anyone suggest me why I am not getting opportunity. What need to be done?
