Yes. Some jobs are hybrid remote and some are completely remote. Regardless of which kind of remote position you end up with, they need to know that you are reliable and not fraudulent. For hybrid remote, there is usually a period of time where you do need to be in the office for at least 90 days or so, for the probationary period, and then a few days a month, thereafter. For a completely remote, legitimate position, you usually need to be working with a company who specializes in vetting candidates for other companies, like recruiters for a consultant company. The company who wants to hire remotely wants to be sure you are not fraudulent, but you are legit, that you have the skills and encompass the work ethic that they need to fill that position. I have found many, many opportunities for remote positions on LinkedIn, and recruiting companies who will take you through the steps to find you the right position and guarantee that you are legit to companies who are looking to fill the gaps.
