Companies should give opportunities for freshers.

It is a very huge problem of todays life there is very less opportunity for beginners and freshers everyone wants only well trained and experienced employees.

(I have a question:- How a freshers can be experienced without opportunity, without doing work?)

    It sucks but that's the way it is in this economy- people don't want to take extra time to train.

    You need to find creative ways to get experience- ie sometimes smaller firms are more forgiving

    If you had an internship, add it. If you went to a college/university/trade school, the career center should have list of organizations they work with

    NTT not only hires freshers but has an advanced program to train the individual. Look into it

    See if you can find a place that offers paid internships. This gives you hands-on experience but doesn't pay as well.

    One of the things colleges encourage is extracurricular activities. Often, these can be organizations where you can put your skills to work.

    Example: a sorority is putting on a fundraiser. You offer to build their website. Then, you can use the results of that fundraiser as part of your achievements.

    Don't lose hope. A lot of companies do accept newbies under their wings as long as you have the right skills and the right attitude to be hired. Keep on trying. Opportunities are endless.:)

    Many large companies have leadership development programs that afford a path to a future opportunity. Please check with your college/university to understand if there are any outreach programs where companies solicit applications for said programs. Also, please do your own research: what discipline do you want to target?; What type of industry/company size?/location/remote or hybrid? There are other considerations, including company reputation and advancement opportunities following your development program.
