Many large companies have leadership development programs that afford a path to a future opportunity. Please check with your college/university to understand if there are any outreach programs where companies solicit applications for said programs. Also, please do your own research: what discipline do you want to target?; What type of industry/company size?/location/remote or hybrid? There are other considerations, including company reputation and advancement opportunities following your development program.
