I have been with Marshalls for almost a year now and have had 3 promotions in 9 months which I greatly appreciate...my managers know I want to move up to asst. Manager as quick as possible. I just became key holder 3 months ago but IAM already wanting to train for asst manager. My question is how do I ask to start training for asst manager without looking like or being perceived as trying to move too fast? My mind is always wanting to learn more...always want to know everything about the company to help me succeed toward my goal. Thank you for adding me hopefully I can learn a lot and maybe open up some doors for my future.
