Agree with the charcuterie board as this is always quick and easy! Get some dried fruit, grapes, crackers, etc. to accompany it and voila. One of my go-to snacks are also tortilla rollups. It usually consists of a cream cheese type filling, rolling up the tortillas then cut them into bite-sized pieces. So good!

One of my favorites from a friend of mine is a dish we call "pig candy." Cut a strip of bacon into thirds. Wrap the bacon around your choice of snack - I've done scallops and mango and something else I can't remember. Use a toothpick to hold it. Put them on a greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes until the bacon is crispy and you're good to go!

I love going to Trader Joe's and looking in their appetizers frozen section, super delicious and easy! Otherwise, we tend to do homemade salsa, charcuterie board, 7 layer dip, etc.

Caprese bites! Just need small fresh mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes, basil, toothpicks and balsamic

I do this too, and serve it on a Himalayan salt block!
