Seeking input or advice. I work for a large corporate company that's acquired multiple different companies under the main one.

A year ago, I moved to one of those acquired companies. I love being a manager and I have a team of 5 of who report to me. They're all incredibly great, driven people. Unfortunately, the culture at the rest of the company is incredibly negative. It's putting me in moods I never thought I could be in. I love the opportunity I have but I don't think it's worth working with the day-to-day aggressive and negative atmosphere. Is there a way to help with bad company culture? Should I not waste my time and look for another manager position that will keep me happy? Ladies, advice??

Sometimes in smaller companies the issues are magnified and not what you are used to. My question to you is your personal sacrifice/struggle worth staying on something that is not so easy to change?
