Poll: do you shower in the morning or at night?

When I was younger, I always showered at night, exclusively. Gradually, showering switched to being a morning routine for me. Lately, though, I've been switching back to showering at night and I actually love it. I feel like it's super calming and helps me sleep. When is your ideal shower time?

It really depends on my day and how tired I am. Like today I'm working out after work so I will probably shower tonight.

I take two showers a day, but wash my hair in the morning only, not at night. I need a shower in the morning to feel fresh (and for my hair to not look crazy) and one at night to relax before bed.

I shower in the evening. I seem to sleep a little bit better.

Usually morning. I go to the gym before work and shower after my workout.

Both. I shower after work in the evening because I like to wash off the grime and sweat of the day, and I couldn’t bear the thought of getting into bed still wearing it all. I also like to shower again in the morning and wash my hair. I can’t fully wake up without it.

What do you mean “or”? I shower both in the morning and at night.

I am the lone ranger on this one... I am a shower in the morning lady. After waking up at 4:00 (weekdays) to workout I love a nice shower to clear my mind and prepare for the day ahead.

For me, it's better if I shower and wash my hair at night. Then in the morning, shower again (because I sweat at night) to be fresh again and just wet my hair to either wear it curly (more in the summer months) or easily blow dry it straight. I do go 1 to 2 days w/o a hair washing, so that's a time-saver!

I switch depending on the day and activities. I love showering at night because I feel so clean and refreshed but I don't like going to bed with wet hair and I don't like blow drying my hair either. I like showering in the morning too because I can let my curly hair air dry.

Usually I work out more in the evening, so it's evening showers for me 95% of the time. If I work out twice in a day...my morning shower will just be a quick rinse while keeping my hair dry.
