I'm wondering if my idea is too far fetched.
I've had a business idea since high school, but has evolved over time. It's still just an idea that is put to an outline and nothing in a business plan yet. Yet being the key word (I need mentoring on it).
But in order to do grow this I know I need to network with people and to also have a team of people to help me build it and bring it into fruition.
So over the past several years I have followed and tried to create and presence on Facebook and Twitter with some specific people I've been wanting to network with and build a health working relationship with. Granted they don't know me from Eve and I don't know them personally, but I thought my idea of growing a presence on their public figure FB pages was a pretty darn good idea for networking.
Throughout my attempts at building a presence with them I have had some "wins" in the sense that they noticed my comment and had a short reply. But I haven't got my presence to the degree that I would like it to be.
Even though I don't know if these individuals would be willing to invest or help me through the process of building my business and knowing that I need to still network with other business people who would be willing to help me through the aspects of building my business...is my idea of growing an online presence on the social media pages too far fetched?
