Ladies, how many of you cover up your grays?
I started slowly getting gray hair when I was 25 years old. I’m 29 now and the subtle silver strands are starting to become more noticeable with my light brown year. I know that once I start coloring, I probably won’t because able to stop but it’s starting to seriously bug me. When should I start dying my hair?

How would you respond to your Supervisor critiquing an assignment that you completed & asked her for input on twice 9 2 weeks ago but never received ANY input--except for her saying this today "I like the way the articles are presented. Age Discrimination
