Making Remote Work Work

I have seen a lot of material that focuses on self-management for remote working (plan your day, get dressed, etc.), but I felt like a discussion about the specific set of skills and practices that are needed to succeed at remote work - and specifically, remote TEAMwork - was missing. Based on my experience building and running a professional services business staffed almost entirely by remote workers, I thought I would share some of the simple ideas that have worked for my team in this Medium article: https://medium.com/@meghannrjones/beyond-technology-making-remote-work-work-1b24f3cff513. I hope that this will be helpful to people who are having to make a rapid transition to remote work during the COVID-19 crisis, and that others will share their experiences too!
