I got offered a job with an amazing company. Their culture and values line up with mine and there's TONS of great opportunity for me in the future. I haven't been with my current job for very long (just over 90 days). However, my current job is not a good fit. The new position starts very quickly and doesn't give me much time to give notice. I don't want to burn bridges, but I cannot miss this amazing opportunity. The pay is better, the benefits blow all of the other jobs out of the water, the company culture aligns with my own values and integrity - it's a win-win all around for me. I don't feel like I've made a lot of connections at my current position, but I still don't want to let them down by resigning before two weeks. Any suggestions on how to give notice with grace and tact so I don't burn this bridge?
