I heard from a nutritionist that your body changes every 7 years. Those milestone birthdays always seem to serve as reminders that I need to work harder for less benefit!

My changes were at 30 and 40. I've increased exercise and now need to put in a little more effort with eating better. My weight has gone up, but I've put on muscle and actually look better than I did in my 20's. The number on the scale doesn't tell the whole story. I try to focus on how I look and feel. :)

I noticed a huge drop at 25, and another at 30.

40 was the big change for me. Took me year 41 and year 42 to figure out how to manage it (exercise, food, intermittent fasting, walking, water, etc).

In my 40s. Best to amp up the exercise, if possible. I’m finding that 4 workouts a week keeps my weight pretty stable. In addition: limit dinners out— cooking at home is a good weight control (and budget control!) strategy.
