A Rose is still a Rose

Language is confusing. It is even more so since we have five generations working in the workforce together. Compound different cultural backgrounds and even different languages and it gets even harder to communicate. Give each other some slack, realize that written and even spoken language has variables. It isn't anyone's fault, it just is. Don't be afraid to ask clarifying questions, and likewise realize that when someone asks a clarifying question, they are not doubting you or your skills, they just need to understand what was said.
