Women In Tech

Confused in choosing a path for career

I m working in an MNC Company as a tech support which is going to complete in this Upcoming July. I have done graduation in electronics and communications engineering. My company is a Medical IT US based and I do night shift job. I only hated two things in my job , timings and repetitive work! As a tech support , I do basic troubleshooting which is hardly near to the technical things. I m confused in doing MBA (HR) or MTech (electronics). I did engineering with less interest so I don’t have that much practical knowledge in electronics. So I m confused in choosing the career path. Please suggest your thoughts ?

I would strongly recommend for you to reach out to some male and female professionals in your network to hear their take. Engineering with MBA is one of the most regarded degrees, because you are combining technical knowledge with business acumen. But you need to also understand what it is you want to do after you graduate with your masters, that might help you decide which path to pursue
