I eat a little bit of chocolate every day. Favorite brands: - Endangered Species - Divine - Chocolove - Trader Joe's (specifically the Dark Chocolate Lover's bar- such a great deal!) - Vosges (rarely purchase, just for an occasional treat) My husband and I were just in Switzerland and we stocked up on Frey, which is pretty good. We even "made" our own chocolate at the factory and had a good time (and enjoyed the chocolate bars we created). We love tasting unique, small batch brands that we find in our travels or even meandering through local stores around our area.

I'm not a fan of a fancy chocolates—like a box of chocolates—but any plain and simple dark chocolate does it for me (although I won't say no to a little bit of added sea salt!)

Gron Chocolates from Portland - they make CBD chocolate which is honestly the best thing ever when you're feeling PMSy.

Valhrona or Guittard for baking. For eating, any Swiss made chocolate does it for me!

While I retired from added sugars last January, I still know which chocolate does it for me best.  Wild Ophelia MAINE SEA SALT peanut butter cups in 70% cacao dark chocolate. Actually, anything from Wild Ophelia's parent company, Vosges Haut-Chocolat is a phenomenal treat, too.  And huge BONUS! When I was quickly Googling to ensure I knew the name of the peanut butter cup, I stumbled upon this fun reality: "The Wild Ophelia Accelerator Program was created by Katrina Markoff to encourage, educate and propel American High School and College Girls Who have entrepreneurial dreams in food. To fulfill this mission, Wild Ophelia will provide three ambitious girls with the funds and mentorship needed to start a business. A portion of the sales from every chocolate sold is contributed to the Wild Ophelia Accelerator Program, awarding three grants per year."

I absolutely love DeBrand Fine Chocolates from my home town. It’s a go-to gift and the milk chocolate roses are my favorite!
