What’s a good habit you’re really proud that you have?
It’s hard to think about the things you’re thankful for when you get in an accident, receive sad news about yourself or someone else or when a life-changing and unwanted event happens. But even the smaller, silly things like running a few minutes late or missing a sock can trigger us to get in an over-the-too mood... You know, the kind where it’s embarrassing looking back on. :) This is something we’re all guilty with but practicing gratitude daily has really helped me keep a positive perspective.
TL;DR: One of the best habits I have is practicing gratitude, especially when I’m having a really terrible day. it sounds cheesy but I’d be a different person without this habit. (Shout-out to my dad for teaching me this way of thinking since I was a toddler. )
