Hi there Ladies,
I am trying to lose weight and have been trying for the past 6 months. I have only lost 4 lbs :(
I know that weight loss takes time and such, but I feel as if I should have lost more weight by now. I am giving up sweets for lent so I have a better chance of losing more, but I feel like there is a slim chance of that happening.
Do you have any recommendations if you have struggled to lose weight? I might go and see a nutritionist to get some closure because I feel as if I don't have a set regimen then I won't succeed. My boyfriend does not cook so he won't be super supportive of my diet and change so I'm basically going to be doing this on my own. Any tips?
