Agree with the responses above that anything today goes. It’s all what YOU want in YOUR life, and what compliments your lifestyle and gets you closer to living YOUR DREAMS. I traveled extensively on business for the last 10 years. I retired after 37 but in the back of my mind I often thought I’d like to be an attendant. I use to spend time in the back of the plane on overnights chatting with the flight crew. I learned that many cane from all walks of life and from all sorts of backgrounds. Their passion to see the world and continue to be a service to others is what landed them there. There are other roles in the travel industry that provide travel benefits too so be open minded if the flight attendant role is not available. Hey - if you pursue, and get in, come back and tell me about your journey. I may just follow YOU!

Anything is possible! As long as you're ok with a paycut, what's to stop you?

Girl - anything is possible and you won't know until you try! Personally, I think the corporate world will prepare you for a flight attendant by utilizing your 20 years of interpersonal and sales skills. As a flight attendant, you have to be friendly, confident, and willing to help, as well as be direct and in charge if the situation calls for it! Keep us posted on your progress!

If I went from fast food and front line Customer service to IT support, you can do it!
