Multiple positions

Hi all! I have worked in multiple positions, I’m finding it hard to know what I want to do after I come back from maternity leave. I’ve worked as store management, construction billing specialist, logistics clerk, receptionist, most recent real estate administrative assistant mostly through “Staffing Agencies”. Does anyone have suggestions on classes or certifications I could obtain to get out of the 30,000 to 35,000 yearly salary range? I am interested in a job I can work partially at a desk and move about. The real estate administrative assistant job gave me the most flexibility how can I become a more desirable employee? I am looking for longevity after this baby I will definitely need something more stable.

if you're tech-savy - Information assurance/cyber-security positions are in high demand. Some of the information you could learn on your own, if you learn well from books/on-line reading. There are lots of different levels of certification you can attain in this field as well, and the more you have the higher salary you will be able to demand.

I went on indeed just to take a peep at the cyber jobs wow you need a lot of experience it pays extremely well! Some even stated entry level but wanted 5-10years if experience how is that so Ha! Seems like a interesting field though!

I got into the field by offering to help our small cyber team, so if that is a field you think you may want - there's your "in". Cyber teams ALWAYS need help.

Hey I never thought of cyber security I have heard good things but most of my positions haven’t been in the cyber field. I will take a look at that as well because it really is in high demand!

Hi there, real estate is a great industry, everyone needs a place to live. Builders are alway looking for customer service and sales people. To build upon your career, which is a smart way to grow your salary base is to consider getting certified as a property manager, or a notary public or a real estate license is always good to have in your back pocket . A notary may be the easiest route for extra income or work at a bank where they pay you extra to notarize documents. A few things to consider... wishing you the best for you and your new baby.
